We are interested in meeting smart people! Junior or Senior. Houston or Denver. We've seen many very good seismic processors come out of radically different fields. Two of our employees did graduate work in physics, one in geology, one in electrical engineering, and another in micropaleontology! In fact, only one of us has an advanced degree in geophysics.

All that's required of a junior depth processor is:

An ability to efficiently work with computers (Linux in our case), learn new things quickly, and solve problems on one's own.
A strong attention to detail.
A willingness to work hard and do whatever it takes to satisfy our clients' needs.
General aptitude in the physical sciences (MS+ preferred).

More senior depth processors should:

Have at least 5 years of experience in depth processing. (If coming from a time processing background, you'll need a reasonable working knowledge of depth imaging).
Preferably have a "client following" -- in other words, be able to bring in business via reputation
Be willing and able to learn a new processing system (WavePak) which is not available on the open market and not graphically based (Linux command prompt batch system)
Be able to aid in technology transfer, mentor junior processors, and communicate effectively to peers and clients.
